Heh, heh, couldn't resist using that title. XD It looks like that's what she could be saying.

I've seen *puritylf4 give Rouge a blue color scheme, *NightOttsel give her a purple one, & =Trowelhands give her a blue & yellow one, so that's what's inspired me to give the batgirl a color scheme that hasn't been done yet (to my knowledge) - green! Its the color of money & emeralds, some of Rouge's favorite things & this could also double as a St. Patrick's Day outfit, too. XD
